Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain fitness/wellness products may not be eligible for return after use.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, normal return rules apply.
